One on one nutrition counseling sessions are very beneficial, but some people really thrive in group settings. Group settings can offer support for one another. Groups can discuss the struggles of trying to lose weight, count carbohydrates, increase fruits and vegetables, etc. They can also discuss the success and any other pertinent information. Having other people to bounce ideas off of one another can create good discussion and habits.
