New Year

The new year is upon us. Each year people make goals for themselves. Weight loss, exercising more, or maybe meditating. I often times hear "I will start my diet after the holidays". People are always waiting to get past the next event, or holiday. I believe they set themselves up for more failure. Instead or going on a diet after the new year maybe try and incorporate more fruits and vegetables in your holiday meals. Maybe you will have just one small slice of pumpkin pie instead of having a slice of pecan, apple and pumpkin. Perhaps you can incorporate a walk, jog, bike ride or ski into your holiday plans.
